What is an IOP?
An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured mental health treatment program designed for adolescents and teens who need more support than traditional weekly therapy but do not require inpatient care.
Linden Oaks’ IOP helps teens and young adults across Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties build coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and develop skills for academic and social success while allowing them to continue living at home and participating in school and other activities. Families benefit from support and guidance, leading to more productive communication, improved relationships, reduced anxiety, and less stress related to academic success. Through individual therapy, group sessions, and holistic wellness care, we are here to support a healthy transition for teens to flourish in their academic settings while maintaining their privacy as they access our program.
